“Beautiful place”

Really lovely place. Has all the facilities you need. It is secluded but with a number of other villas within the grounds. It is a good base to explore Todi and southern Umbria. I wish we could have stayed longer. Both Charles Daddy and Kumar (who lives close by) were very help and hospitable.

“A tranquil lovely home to suit different ages”

The villa is delightful and more than met expectations. It did feel a home from home with not only the essentials but also the extra things that just make life more comfortable. And we really enjoyed cooking there - so much so that we only went out a few times. We appreciated Kumar's support should we need it. During our stay there was only one other occupied villa and we had sole use of the pool which was a treat. There was no man made noise around which made it very peaceful and relaxed. But the lovely tranquility meant that a car was essential. There are no shops or eateries within walking distance but with a car there are lots of wonderful places within easy access. We fitted In trips to Pisa and Assisi as well as many of the little villages. it was a good base for 3 generations and worked well for my disabled mother who needs crutches to move around.

“Beautiful location which is easily accessible and great accommodation”

This was our first visit to Umbria and we couldn't have hoped for a better location and accommodation. The house is spotless and beautifully decorated with the pool literally at the end of the garden. For foodies, being able to pick herbs and vegetables from the garden is a huge bonus. The location was perfect - only 15 minutes from Todi which has a wide choice of nice restaurants and also supermarkets, pharmacies and many other shops. It is also a good base for seeing more of Italy for example Orvieto, Lake Bolsena are only an hour away and Rome is very accessible by train."
