The world of specialty dining often is more flash than substance. Fubi’s manages to separate the tastes and blend a delicious ending to each course. This was an exceptional find during a short trip for Carnevale. I would recommend the ravioli starter or the Goose Baked Ham. The St. Peter’s fish was fresh and unusual. The dark chocolate bomb with light berry sorbet was indeed the bomb. The owner, Stefan Fubiani, is a constant but not overbearing treat to your dining experience. This is a rare find in a tourist area.
