This year the management as well as kitchen team changed at the Restaurant of the Hotel Esplanade improving considerable the quality of the food and service. In fact, they are not only serving a wonderful breakfast buffet but Flavia and Michele also prepare excellent meat and fish dishes honoring northern Italian as well as tuscan cooking traditions. Try their “Linguine all`Astice", “Risotto” dishes or the “Tiramisu” desert and you will not regret our advice. They prepare the fresh pasta every day and the fish served is picked on the local Viareggio fish market. The maitre Giuseppe will help you to combine a good local or otherwise Italian wine to accompany these dishes. The rest of the service team is also very friendly and caring making you feel at home.
