This was a fantastic hotel for our short stay in Paris. Easy to get to via the metro and a nice/safe location.

Rooms were well allocated and provided extras such as hairdryer, safe and tea making facilities.

Breakfast was a continental style so no hot food but plenty of options. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I would definately stay here again!

A quaint hotel with all the necessities and lots of comfort. Rooms are lovely with big beds, but be forewarned everything on TV is in French. The rooms have a modern look, and are very clean; the maids come round daily. Breakfast is continental, with a range of pastries and breads, all very fresh. A perfect start to the day. The female staff at the hotel are very friendly and smiley. The receptionist could see we were trying to learn some French and encouraged us to practice with the staff, ensuring they would help us along the way. There was also a lady working there at breakfast who had recently started learning English, and so it was nice to be able to help her along the way; she also was very kind and smiley. The hotel is situated in sight of a metro station, the last stop on a line which takes you into the heart of Paris. With it being outside of the centre it isn't too overcrowded or touristy, and so we had a lovely taste of what it's like for locals here. It's on the same street as a lovely local market, a brasserie, and a fantastic bistrot which is a must visit if you stay here. We found there was one member of staff who wasn't as helpful as the other 5 we came across, but would definitely recommend a stay here.

Stayed here with friends in late June having booked through AMOMA. We were all very impressed overall.

The rooms are really nice and both of ours had baths as well as showers. Nice touch that there was a small bottle of water in the room on arrival. The cleanliness of the rooms was really impressive on arrival and during our stay.

Location is very conveniently located next to the metro. Breakfast in the hotel is excellent and includes cereal, cheese, boiled eggs (although there were none on the Monday we left), juice, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt and lovely bread. The latte macchiato from the machine is surprisingly nice (the cappuccino and latte a little less so). There was a small problem with one element of breakfast one morning but this was dealt with very well by the staff and the manager spoke to me directly about this.

One thing to beware is if eating nearby at night beware that the hours are less flexible than many places in the UK. We arrived at about 10.30 as our flight was delayed (we paid 55 Euros in a taxi as we had lost about 4 hours) and one of the only places we could find to eat at that time was a burger bar (Issy Burger I think it was called, and it was very nice and excellent value if you are in the same boat or want a quick meal). On our last night we wanted to eat at about 6.30 as we wanted to go to Montmarte after: we told a nearby restaurant this in the late afternoon and when we arrived the head chef (who was originally from the UK) told us food does not start until 7p.m. and that this was the norm around these parts.

Only real downside is the lift is so small it only really holds two people comfortably.

Really friendly staff, modern air conditioned rooms, competitively priced and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. The only surprise to me is that there are not more recent reviews on here.

Oh one more thing: I very rarely give 5 star reviews on TripAdvisor.

The room was very small but clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very decent with shops nearby and even a local market with shoes, clothing, fresh vegitables, fruits, meat, fish and all kinds of assortments but they don't open every day.

The Metro 12 is just a 1 minute walk away or so, making it easy to travel to anywhere in Paris (use google maps to show the best routes). I recommend buying a mobiles 1 day ticket for zones 1-2 for 7.30€ which gives you access to all public transports for that day.

I don't have any problem.
All personal are very good, shine people. I have a bad English but personal understood me and help me with all my troubles.
Rooms small but cute.
Locating near metro, for travelers is the good choice.
Everything is good.
