Visited at the weekend and found the hotel was in a perfect spot for the Xmas markets held in Arras. Staff friendly and approachable - breakfast was fine with constant new food added. It would have been nice to have a safe in our room or at reception but all that was available was to put any personal items in a bag and leave in main safe which was time consuming if the reception was busy.
A nice touch was hot drinks and juices available till 1200 so you could go shopping, take stuff back to hotel - have a drink and then return to the shops

A central hotel, close to the two main squares. The rooms are simple and sparsely furnished but adequate. The bath is tiny, little more than a shower tray, with a shower overhead. The breakfast was a simple continental one with a selection of tea, coffee and fruit juice. There is free internet access, which you have to log in to each day, but the signal was good enough for web browsing. All in all a simple but nice hotel

This is what you expect from an Ibis Hotel. Basic, clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was well laid out and a good selection. We are driving through Arras as a family of 4 and had connecting bedrooms.
