Enjoyed a 7 day visit in this hotel. Comfortable and clean room on 3rd floor. Well equipped bathroom with ample hot water, fluffy towels - changed as often as you like, hairdryer etc. Staff very efficient and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Would benefit from air-conditioning in bedrooms though they do supply large fans on request. Good facilities in spa building but exterior of spa needs cleaning and repairing - looking a bit dilapidated in parts!

I have been to this hotel and spa before and can only recommend it. The treatments available and the ambience are a balm for body and soul. The hotel is perfectly situated and the restaurant offers excellent food and service. I really enjoyed my stay and felt well rested on my return home.
we had a very nice meal on second day and might consider returning.It is a short walk to beach,though there is quite a strong wind blowing there on most days. lot's of bars,and places to eat, though it can be "fast food " type .

Spent a relaxing week at the Thalasso with my husband. The facilities were good, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable but the room was noisy from above. Excellent restaurant varied menu and good breakfast with plenty of choice.My only negative is that the decor inside and out is tired and in need of refreshing.

Hotel/Spa complex in garden setting. Good points:- Ample parking/helpful reception/good size room and room servicing/balcony. Average points:- small bathroom/slightly dated appearance. Bad points. Rooms incredibly hot at night with no air conditioning/Had to hijack the manager to get a drink as bar was unattended/only 3 dining room staff who appeared under trained and overwhelmed by the work and had no one in charge or overall supervision. Customers waited 1 hour for their starters. We sat for 30 minutes before seeing a menu, after another 30 minutes of being ignored we could not comment on the food because we walked out. Breakfast only ever had one waitress again overwhelmed as it was difficult to find a table which was not full of dirty dishes. The management needs to get a grip
and manage as they appear to be ignoring the staffing problems.
Booked a 2 night stay here.
Welcome ok but receptionist not well trained in giving information.
Room, nice, large, balcony, sockets by bed.
Ensuite - average. Needs a refresh.
Restaurant in evening only open for couple of hours for bookings. Never ate there.
Bar closes at 9 during week and 10 Friday and Saturday, rubbish for a hotel.
Breakfast, ok, would like better pastry selection.
This place could be so much better with more customer focus.
