This is the seond time we have stayed at this hotel. The room for 135 euros was extremely comfortable with sofa and aircon. The meal was simply outstanding: the beef and the lamb were excellent. At 44 euros it was like eating in a Michelin starred resto. It has swimming pool. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Room Tip: Go for the room in the annexe.

We were there with our family, and as part of a group. The chateau was great for our kids because of the pool and lots of green space to run around in. There is also a park with a children's area just outside the gate. There are some stores nearby, though hours are not consistent. Restaurant is fantastic. Our room (20) was at the top of a long stairway but was big enough for the four of us. Wifi was good in the lobby and on the second floor but was spotty in our room and on the patio. Location outside of Poitiers city centre so need a car to visit most local sights.

Room Tip: Some rooms are only accessible by stairs.

This is a great place to stay over 1 night when travelling through France. Not far from the Autoroute, and through a bit of an industrial area... don't worry ... soon you find yourself in a small village area and a lovely Chateau. We were welcomed by friendly staff and had a large slightly quirky room. Stained glass windows (So no view out) but a huge hot tub in a turret room.

The room was absolutely fine but the food was what made the stay! The restaurant produced really delicious and beautifully presented food worth travelling to taste!

Certainly we will try to revisit if passing again The weather was cold which meant we missed some great looking outside areas and a pool

Fantastic place. The hook here is the food which is outstanding as id the service. The grounds are also perfect along with the original building. The annex is newer which houses some of the rooms but the overall experience is great

Rooms in the concierge tie are good and basic, clean, bath / shower not easy to manage with slow flow. Rooms pretty small, quite gloomy,
The making of the stop over is the wonderful restaurant , best night out in months! There is a peacefulness about the place despite a large wedding, which was truly appreciated on our journey from North Wales to West Portuguese coast,

Room Tip: We have visited twice and both tines have had rooms in the annexes, next time we will book early to get a room in the main house because the toons were a bit disappointing
