Right on the piste, this hotel was in a perfect location. The ski room came right out onto the piste leading to gondolas and chair lifts. The rooms were the best I've stayed in at a ski resort for years. Spotlessly clean and a bit of room to move around with the comfiest bed I have ever slept in, and we all thought the same! The staff were all French and all so friendly. Our regular waitress, Audrey, was from Quebec and couldn't do enough for us. The bar area is big and very comfortable, with plenty of seating for everyone. I've stayed in a lot of ski hotels, where there's a stampede after dinner to get a seat in the bar! The food was, as is often the case, lukewarm most nights. It was well presented and tasty enough, but there were no choices on the menu at all, apart from a selection of desserts. Also, I found the fact that you had to pay for your after dinner coffee while at the table, a bit odd. It should surely be included with the meal. However, all in all, we had a great week and would recommend this Hotel.More
