We booked both villas to a big family event to we basically took all the rooms.
We were supposed to get the room at 16:00 and got them only at 18:00.
We requested for mattresses for the kids and it took them a long while to give us. Some rooms did not get at all so we had to carry mattresses by ourselves from one room to another.
Had a few clogged toilets. A toilet seat was missing.
The Hot tub was leaking and leaked to the room downstairs.
The hot tub outside did not work on the second day.
The swimming pool was unsafe for children without a fence.
Breakfast was served 10 minutes late and was quite poor.
There were not clothes hangers in most of the rooms. No soap dish in the sinks.
Small refrigerators in the room did not work.

Room Tip: Don't expect luxury it's less than basic

This place is old, poorly maintained, smells of gas, and the worst thing - service persons are unavailable. Don't come here! When asked to help with service problems, staff says they can't help, and managers aren't on premises.

we stayed at the "suite" last weekend - we were surprised to find out that it's just a regular and vary basic cabin, definitely not a suite, and the place was hardly equiped. it's nice they installed 2 jacuzzis (inside and outside) but it's not what matters. getting the room and giving it back was conducted in a very unprofessional manner.
the breakfast was good and the view is nice, but it's just not enough

We slept in the cabins on the beach of the kineret (Olive in Sea of Galilee). Dirty cabins, falling apart, the breakfast is in Ramot, 10 min drive, dirty tables, dirty dishes, yesterday's bread.
Thr price they took was a price of 5 stars hotel.
In one sentence - don't waist your money on this place!

First: you get what you pay for. My view is that if you want to save money on a trip to the Sea of Galilee and not camp out in a tent in the beach then this is an ok option. Pretty sure I will not go here again.

Upon arrival we had to wait in line 20 minutes before being able to check in. It was extremely disorganized.

Once we got to the desk they told us our cabin had a problem and would take a while longer before being available. It took 3 hours and ruined a large portion of our day (tired children, etc).

But rather than have our room ready, after some extensive complaining on my end, one of their manager named Roman, instead gave us a cabin at their sister location right on the beach. (They have a location in Ramot and one right on the beach, Ramot looks nicer but the beach is a better location overall and walking distance from the beach).

The cabin on the beach is actually accessed through the Luna Gal parking lot. Not fabulous looking.

The cabin is what I would call 1 star. It's a roof, tv and air conditioner. Thank god all three of those worked without issue.

Breakfast in the morning was ok. Thankfully there are some amazing restaurants in Ramot and all the ought the area.

Bottom line: there are probably much better bed abd breakfasts to stay at in the area if you do a little more research. Which I advise doing. If you want an inexpensive adventure with the kids, this will suffice.
