I've been to Sheesh a few times before, and can say it's one of my all time favourite places. The food is 5* and always amazing, the atmosphere is lively and the singers in the cocktail bar are fantastic, we always stay until the end of our evening! The porn star martinis are delicious and the menu is unreaaal
I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a night out with classy entertainment, a night out to dress up and a night out for the best food and drinks around! Well worth a visit it will not disappoint!

Thank Sophie O

Very disappointing evening. Food mediocre & staff constantly rushing us to finish our meal to make sure they could seat the next reservation. Normally am a big fan of Turkish cuisine but for the price you pay here & the service you receive there are definitely much better alternatives around. Will not be returning.

We had a great night when we visited with our friends and we are planning to return soon. We had some very nice cocktails to start in the bar before our meal. If you are planning on going here, you do need to book in advance to guarantee a table.

Ten of my family ate here yesterday lunchtime. We have been here a couple of times. I’ve always found the employees of this restaurant to be way above themselves. This time they excelled in that. When we arrived at the restaurant it was heaving down with rain. I ran from my car with my (expensive) umbrella. I put the dripping umbrella in the umbrella stand at the doorway. I didn’t want to take it through the restaurant to the cloakroom as it would have poured water all over the floor maybe causing a slip and accident. We went to sit and have our food. We were served by miserable unfriendly waiters. They did nothing to make us feel welcome at all. The restaurant was so dark we had to put our mobile phone lights on to read the menu. The food came. We ordered shish chicken, lamb and monkfish. It was ok. Tender but my Husband thought the chicken was wet. Nicely presented but definitely not worth the £25 cost. The sweets were the only reason I gave the amount of stars. The doughnuts were delicious. But the big sour in our mouths was two things. The very cheeky £60 service charge for miserable unfriendly waiters. But worst was when I was leaving my umbrella I left on the property for safe keeping had been stolen !!!!! Now I’m not blaming the restaurant for the thief but when I went to tell them they said “well you should have put it in the cloakroom” hello ? Why do you have an umbrella stand at the door then “? Also I told them out of courtesy on my part I wouldnt trail water through their restaurant. There was Zero courtesy back. They just stood there and said “ nothing we can do NO apology. NOTHING. so rude. Not a good look for a restaurant to have personal items stolen. This restaurant thinks they are the ritz of London. Because they have a Few tv personalities go there. They really are not. It’s not a central London restaurant. They need to stop getting above themselves. It’s Essex !!
A decent customer service would have at least apologised. If not a small compensation. That umbrella was expensive and I brought it back from the USA. I’m very upset. For the attitude and the very average food and extortionate prices, we will not be returning. Word of warning. DO NOT LET VALUABLES OUT OF YOUR SIGHT. THERE ARE THIEVES WHO GO THERE.

A few of us went here on a sat night to try it out. From entering the door the bouncers were kind of rude and said to wait for the general manager.

I have to say the general manager should go and do a hospitality course. She didn't greet us properly instead had a look at each of us up and down to check our clothing. She didn't like the look of my mates shoes and said - "can't give you a table upstairs anymore with those shoes - so you can wait down here until we get a table downstairs ready. Grab a drink from the bar". The bar man refused to serve me - and then he was told to. So while I was at the bar the General manager rushed over to me and demanded that I take my hooded coat off - which I did.

Guys dont waste your hard earned money on this place. All the staff are snobs and stuck up, they'll make you feel like peasants.

Starters were rubbish and mains were decent. Still not worth the 300 quid we spent in the 1 hour we were there.

Theres no lighting and the place is dark, the menu is in black with gold writing, you cannot even read it. When i used my phone light to read it the staff gave me bad looks. When I asked for a candle on the table the waiter refused. We couldn't even see what we were eating.

Never going here again. Prices were ridiculous also.

Alan Sugar should kick these people out of his property!
