Clean standard airport hotel with nice rooms and great breakfast. But food served for lunch (only bar food possible) and dinner was barely ok. Small gym but includes a sauna. Hotel has an airport shuttle that leaves every 20 mins and an early-breakfast service.

Room Tip: Good 3-person rooms with 3 standalone single beds on bottom floor.

Not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, room was good, warm, clean. shuttle service from Airport was good, driver friendly and informative.
bar expensive (typical Swiss prices) but for these prices I expect good service and having to wait 10 minutes to be asked what I want and if I would like another is not what I call good. also check out a little slow one person on desk at 0800 is not enough

We stayed here after a late flight back from Greece .Both my friend and I had a great night's sleep with the comfiest pillows I have ever had!( we had each a different room ) The hotel was quiet and the staff very helpful.
However,a mistake on our bill( which we only noticed later) was not rectified even though this was promised when I phoned the hotel ( twice!)
Also,the breakfast is ridiculously expensive,unless you like to have your full main meal first thing in the morning.......

Im here at the moment and the internet is working so slow, this is the ABC for a hotel.
The official answer i received from the reception is 'There is nothing we can do'

Last time im coming here.

Enjoyed our stay in Geneva for 2 nights! They let us checked in one of the rooms earlier than expected, free shuttle from and to the airport and when we had problems with medical they we're there to help. The've called a taxi at 1 in the morning and attended to our needs. One of the child we are with asked for milk and bowl of cereals and did not even got charge, thank you for everything team!
