This cheese place (for a better name) is right behind the train station, and also close to Morteratsch glacier so that you can do both in an afternoon. Go on Wed. right before lunch, get their cheese platter - which is delicious. On Wed. they have a large group of Americans come - and they also had Alphorns there for entertainment during the meal. It was very enjoyable to listen to the music while eating. Then at 1:00 they have a demonstration on how cheese is made. (There is also one at 9:00 - if you want to have less of a crowd.) Then afterwards, cross over to the other side of the railroad and take a hike up to Morteratsch glacier which is a beauty! You will have had a wonderful meal, and educational experience and exercise in a beautiful location. The best experience of all!
