My girlfriend is staying for a longer period in the hotel so during a visit we've decided to try the restaurant.
My girlfriend ordered a roasted trout (home grown from their own fishery!) with almond butter. It looks great and tasted sensational.
I've ordered for the first time in my life hand cut beef tatare which the waitress prepared directly at our table. She brought different herbs and asked what I like and mixed it all together. The taste was really sensational!
I didn't expected this high quality of food but also of the staff as I walked in to the restaurant. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and highly professional.
It is a family hotel / restaurant so it is possible that some kids are running around. For us it was definitely ok and not a problem.
In the weekend I recommend to book a table.
