First impressions are that the hotel rather overwhelms the small bay it is situated in but it is well placed being only 20 minutes from the airport (south)and Dubrovnik (north)with a large parking area and underground car park, Inside it is very clean, airy and open, although did not realise there was a small gift shop hidden round the corner until the last day, reception staff were very helpful. The rooms themselves are nicely appointed, good shower(rain and hand held) decent sized bath and two sinks. Large wardrobes, very comfortable bed, kettle/cups, (I requested fresh milk for tea which was no problem)mini bar fridge. Well furnished balconies with chair cushions. Definitely worth having a sea view Not keen on led light panels, would have preferred switches rather than glowing green lights at night, .and could have done with somewhere to hang wet swimming stuff. Booked a spa treatment which was excellent as are all the facilities, sauna/steam room/hot tub. Spotlessly clean, no end of towels supplied, along with snacks and citrus water The outside pool was clean and refreshing, the inside one the same. As it was early in the season there were few people and I often had areas to myself but that was not a problem. Breakfast was adequate(the fruit was very fresh) and I ate in the restaurant each evening; 2 buffet meals and 2 a la carte (which I thought were better value). Out and about, the bay is very picturesque with a couple of bars and stone shingle beach and you can walk to Mlini on the pathway (10 mins-more bars and restaurants) At the junction with the main road is a new shopping centre, and the bus stop for the number 10 into Dubrovnik (18 kuna, 20 mins) There is also a mini market at the top of flight of steps up from the beach. Overall this was a wonderful break in a very friendly hotel. I even had a cake waiting for me in my room on my birthday which I thought was a lovely gesture, so thank you to all the staff
