New brand hotel with great equipment on the cost of adriatic sea.Just perfect. You will for sure enjoy your stay here.Although, the quality of service could me on a litlle bit higher level. In south front of the hotel is nice walking road 1,5 km from Srebreno to Mlini. Hotel is 5 km far away from Dubrovnik, so you will need public transport take to visit old town.

Dear Ivan,

thank you for staying at Sheraton Dubrovnik Riviera and for recommending our hotel to others as a place where they will for sure enjoy. Not quite sure on which segment you think when you mention service, but this is something that is a constant task of all of us in the hotel to work on the improvements. This is never ending story as it can always be better.

Kind regards,

Hotel management

The hotel had just opened when we were there. There was still some construction work happening outside, but it was absolutely wonderful and comfortable. If you have a car, its great... not sure about the public transport. Didn't need any. The staff was very friendly.

Stayed for 5 nights early April in a deluxe sea view room. Hotel brand new, with large bright rooms with excellent facilities, plentiful toiletries and great housekeeping. Good gym, indoor pool etc although outdoor pool did not seem at all heated so was way too cold to enjoy. Service throughout the hotel was friendly and professional and efficient. Was on a room only basis and did not try the breakfast although we had one meal at the main restaurant dining on the terrace which was lovely and two meals seated at the bar area where the food was pretty much ok although I wouldn't recommend the burger as it didn't taste homemade. The restaurant just by the traffic lights on the main road, Zupaho which does not look very inviting was actually very good, with tasty pizzas, pasta etc and service was lovely. There are a couple of small beach bars which again were very friendly, reasonably priced and very pleasant to sit at. The bus into Dubrovnik could do with being more frequent as it can get very busy. This is a great new hotel in a wonderful setting with great staff and would definitely recommend and return to.

Room Tip: High floor,sea view

It really helps that this hotel is almost brand-new...towels & linens are still soft! ALL staff were respectful, awesome, helpful & polite! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, & steam room. Nice to have a kettle & coffee/tea in the room. We loved our stay here!

First impressions are that the hotel rather overwhelms the small bay it is situated in but it is well placed being only 20 minutes from the airport (south)and Dubrovnik (north)with a large parking area and underground car park, Inside it is very clean, airy and open, although did not realise there was a small gift shop hidden round the corner until the last day, reception staff were very helpful. The rooms themselves are nicely appointed, good shower(rain and hand held) decent sized bath and two sinks. Large wardrobes, very comfortable bed, kettle/cups, (I requested fresh milk for tea which was no problem)mini bar fridge. Well furnished balconies with chair cushions. Definitely worth having a sea view Not keen on led light panels, would have preferred switches rather than glowing green lights at night, .and could have done with somewhere to hang wet swimming stuff. Booked a spa treatment which was excellent as are all the facilities, sauna/steam room/hot tub. Spotlessly clean, no end of towels supplied, along with snacks and citrus water The outside pool was clean and refreshing, the inside one the same. As it was early in the season there were few people and I often had areas to myself but that was not a problem. Breakfast was adequate(the fruit was very fresh) and I ate in the restaurant each evening; 2 buffet meals and 2 a la carte (which I thought were better value). Out and about, the bay is very picturesque with a couple of bars and stone shingle beach and you can walk to Mlini on the pathway (10 mins-more bars and restaurants) At the junction with the main road is a new shopping centre, and the bus stop for the number 10 into Dubrovnik (18 kuna, 20 mins) There is also a mini market at the top of flight of steps up from the beach. Overall this was a wonderful break in a very friendly hotel. I even had a cake waiting for me in my room on my birthday which I thought was a lovely gesture, so thank you to all the staff
