Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Large bath towels. 24/7 coffee. Best accommodations within a 15 mile radius. Can be a little noisy during the evening and morning. 2 night stay due to attending a family funeral. Reserved 2 rooms directly and was offered a 15% bereavement discount, Yeah! However, the $25.00 pet fee per night was a little steep for a modest hotel.
Nice, Clean & quiet. Close to the parkway and other food services. Great hot breakfast. Friendly staff could not do enough for us. Got a great night sleep. If you need a hotel in the Toms River area check this one out.

Is not recommended based on nasty staff and outdated rooms, noise could be heard all night and early in the morning from other rooms. For the price, there are tons of other places to stay that have dining and other amenities.
Our non-smoking room smelled strongly of smoke. There appeared to be little or no sound proofing because we could hear the the floor above creaking loudly whenever the person upstairs walked and we could hear water rushing whenever the person ran water. Also, there was a party in the hall after 10 pm that kept us awake. So we didn't get a good night's sleep. However, the room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was polite.
