Stayed here for three nights as a base for visiting this beautiful area in lovely hot weather. Check in was efficient and friendly. Parking was a problem as the car park was behind the hotel, with no shortcut. A long way round dragging suitcases. There was a lift, good as we were in 304!
The price of the hotel was ok. The bedroom were ok. Food was expensive, but that was down to Brexitiers and the fall in the pound. We are in the restaurant on one night. Good food. Good service. Bedroom small but ok. Bed comfortable. Air conditioning good.
My biggest gripe was the Euro12 for breakfast. This was not explained as an extra and came as a shock. Also the breakfast was certainly NOT worth the money.
The last night was awful. A coach party was in the hotel who snored and banged around all.night. Due to the lack is sound proofing, we got no sleep at all.
In general, a hotel with problems but with a super friendly staff.

We ate here on an extremely hot evening in August (37*C!), opting to eat on the pavement. There were a number of 'menus' that is fixed price meals but we opted for a la carte. My husband had what he described as an absolutely delicious melon starter, and I opted for my usual Rocamadour salad but this came with a twist, the goat's cheese was fried in honey. Again delicious. For a main course we had entrecote steak, Aberdeen Angus, cooked to perfection and we have to say the best we have eaten in France. The service was extremely good. We will definitely eat here again. .

Room tip: We did not stay in the hotel, just ate in the restaurant.

We had a room for 4 people. Beds were comfortable bet set up was a bit like an army barracks. No charm. Bathroom was ok. Wifi worked well. Breakfast was reasonable although the scrambled egg was sloppy and tasteless. The dinner menu in the restaurant was very limited..so we ate across the road.

It's a bit tired, but clean great value, location and hosts. Breakfast was really good. Car park round the back. We had some drinks in the village and enjoyed the overall charm of the place. Set right on la Dordogne.

Quirky bar/restaurant with nice dining area and great view over the valley below. Our service was friendly (the waiter was very busy and on his own but coped well), the food was good without being exceptional and it wasn't really expensive. As we hadn't planned to eat here but loved the town when we got there it was one of those impromptu meals that was really nice.
