Have now stayed twice here with a big group of friends and we always feel welcome. The owners and staff are friendly, responsive and really care about the quality of the hotel and food. Please note that the hotel is a 2 star hotel - the rooms are small/basic but in good condition and perfect for a skiing break. We stayed half-board and again, the food is basic, but excellent home-cooked fare - 3 course dinner with cheese and the staff are happy to try to cater to vegetarians and other food requirements. Breakfasts are continental, so don't expect full English buffet style, but there's tea/coffee/juice, pastries, some cereals, hard-boiled eggs, bacon, bread and jams (along with the more exotic cheese, ham and yoghurt!)
There's a little bar area, with very reasonably priced drinks; a warm ski locker room; a ski bus stop 20m away and free wi-fi (that's not the quickest and sometimes difficult to stay connected to, but generally OK).
All in all, this is a lovely little hotel with delightful owners - if you want a big hotel with more choice and without the quirks, there's others available.

Room Tip: As it's an old hotel, all rooms are different, so can't comment!

Stayed again with a group of friends and just cannot praise the hospitality of Cyrille and Marianna enough. They are so friendly and helpful. The food is outstanding. The bar is well stocked. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The boot room is a great size and the bus stop very handy.
Hope to be back next year.

Fantastic hospitality, this was our second stay at Le Grand Tetras & look forward to staying again next year! Cyril & Marianna are fantastic hosts & food was great - they cater very well for Gluten Free diets also. Love this place!
