Our group of six buddies, beginner to advanced beginner level, went spearfishing with Luke and Jessica for two full days. The spearfishing was spectacular, and the service was even better. One of the biggest differences with this charter is that Luke, a world-class free diver, and expert spearfisherman, is in the water with you in the entire time. We all learned so much by watching and talking with Luke. In addition to being the Bahamian National Record Holder in freediving, Luke is a natural teacher who is incredibly focused on safety and keeping his clients in their comfort zone (which for our group is 30-70 feet). In addition to helping you improve your spearfishing skills, Luke’s eye for finding fish is rare, and his knowledge of the local reefs is incredible. Jessica, who always has a smile on her face, captained the boat while we were in the water and helped our crew get in and out of the water safely. She also on-boarded all the fish! The dynamic with Luke and Jessica, who are a great team, allowed our group to focus on one thing, having a great time (which we did!).

In addition to a great spearfishing experience, Luke and Jessica made us feel at home. They took extra time to pick us up from our plane, help with our bags and get us settled in our hotel. They even introduced us to their neighbors, one of whom was particularly colorful! We were so comfortable with Luke and Jessica after the first day that we invited them to dinner. There is nothing like fish fresh from the sea only a few hours prior. Great food, amazing friends and spectacular memories. Thanks, Luke and Jessica!
