“A little hidden gem”

We stopped here for drinks a few times before taking the plunge on the food. They don't have a menu, just delivery meze to your table. All were very tasty and well cooked. A bit "rough and ready" compared to the other restaurants in the village, but worth the visits.

This is a small Greek style coffee/drinks type cafe(Cafinio) The owners were very friendly and apart from drinks we ordered Meze dishes, but were unimpressed by what was served. So for drinks/refreshments yes but for food no.

This little gem of a bar is hidden at the back of the village near the church. They don't have much, mostly beer and wine but it comes with a meze and you are made to feel so welcome. Some evenings someone will just start to sing or play a musical instrument and everyone joins in. I live here so it's something that we just
do but if you are on holiday it makes for a very memorable evening.

Prinos were recommended to us by a local couple and we visited at lunchtime towards the end of our holiday. The food was excellent as well as the local wine and beer.
The hosts were friendly and we enjoyed the visit and at very reasonable cost. If you want to try traditional Greek dishes then don't wait.
Highly recommended.
