We were so much impressed by the environment and view here. Especially we have met managerConner Bloxham after our delayed long flight transfered from lax and decide to reschedule to extend our stay in Maui island. He is so efficient and professional, try to arrange the two reservations with consistency and have his team provide warm services.We do have enjoyed our stay in this nice hotel and I thought Conner represented professional service for brand Ritz-Carlton.

I have been loyal to a different hotel chain for almost a decade but the Ritz Kapalua has made me a convert!

We are currently staying at the hotel and everything and everyone is absolutely perfect. We spent a whirlwind trip island hopping from Maui (south) to Big Island and we wanted to wrap up the trip at a lovely hotel to recharge our batteries before heading back home and I’m so glad we picked the Ritz.

Travelling solo with a little one can be exhausting and boy were we tired when we got here but the Ritz has made it such an amazing stay that we are both completely relaxed and well rested.

The rooms are extra extra comfy, the club lounge is amazing, the grounds are beautiful but most of all, every single employee we have encountered has been AMAZING! The service is exceptional and the best I’ve experienced.

We travel a lot but I never leave reviews because I’m a picky traveller. However I felt that it is absolutely necessary to let the world know how amazing our experience at the ritz has been and extend a special thank you to all the folks behind the scenes that work tirelessly to make this place so special.

The food, while a little pricey, was very good. The rooms, amenities, and experience was what you’d expect at a Ritz. I will say though, I likely will not be back though because of their valet. The valet workers seemed so entitled and rude, and don’t bother calling ahead for your car from your room, you’ll still wait 30 minutes after you get to the front. Just ask for your car when you get out front. We saw people come down and ask for their car and get it before we got ours. We waited 30 minutes once we got to the front 3 times, and once were late to a reservation because of it, even though we called over an hour ahead for our car, and the restaurant was only 10 minutes away. I’d prefer to park myself that way I know when we need to leave to get to our reservations on time. Also, there was only 1 person working the adult pool for drinks, took 40 minutes to get a drink, which was small and to me overpriced.

Lastly, I’ll end on a high note, the wagyu smash burger was probably the best burger I’ve ever had
