Having seen the reviews, we decided to go to this pub for a light bite and a pint. My wife and I walked through the door into a nice cosy pub with a lovely warm open fire which was most welcome on a rainy day. The pub serves the best pint of Marstones pediagree I have ever tasted. For the light bite we decided to go for the cheese &
onion and cheese & tomato toasted sandwich's both came with a salad which was very nice . They also serve lunch meals. Although we were outsiders the landlord and landlady made us both feel very welcome.
