Beautiful view of the sea and mountains from all rooms. Rooms are very comfortable. Don and Patrick are very welcoming. They treated us like family. Patrick cooks breakfast to order. Everything was great. Best B&B We've ever been to. We spent 6 days here. Spent some time in Ballyheigue and took day trips. Ballyheigue is a charming town with friendly people and not overrun with tourists. I'm sorry my family left county Kerry about 100 yrs ago, it's very beautiful. Also, be sure to buy one of Pat's poetry books.

We rented Room Number 3, with the window facing the parking lot. We still had a nice view of the beach and the sea. It was close to everything you would need, shops, restaurants, a castle (part of the golf course). Donal and Patrick were excellent hosts and Grace was always helpful, especially with the "full Irish" breakfast. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the 2 bedroom apt just next to the parking lot. Location was good, facing the sea but not accessible where we stayed. Had to walk 5-10 mins to access the blue flag beach. Children totally enjoyed the water though it was still fairly cold mid june. The apt came with 2 toilets but 1 shower. Adequate towels was provided. No toiletries was supplied, so make sure bring your own. Kitchen was very basic with utensils supplied, make sure to bring sponge and soap. Anyhow, there's nearby shops to buy basic needs. The best part of staying at this place is the sound of ocean going to sleep and waking up.. priceless.

Found this place after taking a wrong turn and we are truly grateful for that. Very nice room and a hearty breakfast in the most beautiful environment. The B&B is almost on the beach. Thanks, Patrick, for the nice travelling tips for county Kerry and the astonishing sneek peak of the beautiful movie "The uncontrollable laughter of the sea".
