I guess having read the reviews about this spot meant I was ready for a horrible experience... It was so not!

We got a great deal For NYE. We were so in the middle of all the action that we could pretty much party from our window had we wanted to.

I imagine a random weekend it must get pretty hard to sleep there. Busy Irish trad pubs right under the room will ensure there's noise until 3/4 am.

The rooms are small but nice and clean.

We were asked to pay on arrival, never been asked to do this ever before!! Room was small for two people although was clean. Overlooked the back yard and was above a Chinese. It was centrally located.

The location was just so awesome I could just stragle back to my room after a great night of drinking and listening to Irish Music. Dingle is such a magical place and this great location helped me enjoy it more.

We booked the room online and arrived mid afternoon. The check-in was quick and we were asked to pay in advance (For obvious reason in hindsight). No mention of breakfast or checkout times. Once handed the key the young guy beat a hasty retreat. The room wasn't exactly cheap, we paid €90 for a double room.

The room was small and smelt strongly of cooking from the kitchens below. The furnishing were of a basic standard. The bed was uncomfortable and didn't have a duvet but a sheet, a fluffy throw over and a blanket.

The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything from the next door room. Music was played loudly below and around midnight the glass bins were emptied waking not only us but others in next door rooms (yes we could hear them complaining).

There's no option for breakfast, not that we would have taken it based upon the quality of the rooms.

Poor standard, non existent staff, noisy, smelly and all round poor experience.

it's not the best one of course, but for the price you spend and the location it has, should be okay for few nights in particular for young people. The staff was open to help us in everything and we were delighted to stay there. The room was good, with enough space for 2 people, and the bathroom was good as well, with a very comfortable shower.
The smell in the hall wasn't so good but you will not sleep in the hall so you can afford it. Many pubs and many restaurant are closed to the structure
