We had the best weekend ever in Inchydoney this week. From the minute we arrived everything was top class. Catriona the manager is amazing and Ruben at reception is brilliant, he was so welcoming and helpful. The room was just incredible with breath-taking views of the sea and my daughter was absolutely delighted with her favorite thing in the world chocolate.

We had dinner in Dunes and the food was absolutely delicious, great selection of dishes, lots of local ingredients and all extremely well presented, all the family loves the food both the parents and the kids. The staff are so friendly and even brought out deserts with candles and happy birthday written on them and sang happy birthday for my husband and daughter, a very nice thing to do they were delighted, it made their day. After dinner we took advantage of the snooker room and had a very competitive family game of snooker and after that we chilled upstairs in the reading room where we were delighted to find out they had Netflix!! We were spoilt for choice with the selection of Movies and T.V shows.

The next morning we woke up early and went for a walk on the beautiful beach. We were lucky enough to catch the sunrise and it was absolutely beautiful. The walk on the beach was very enjoyable with the long sandy beach and all the sand dunes where we want exploring. We then had breakfast and were amazed with the section of food, even had my daughters favorite pancakes with bacon and maple syrup.

After breakfast we went for a swim in the sea salt pool. The spa and leisure facilities in the hotel are amazing. The pool is lovely and the water jets are so relaxing on your muscles. Then we used the steam room and loved the eucalyptus in the steam and then we went back to the changing rooms where the amazing Elemis skin products and hair and body washes were available for our use our skin felt amazing. Afterwards my daughter was treated to a facial to her birthday and was amazed with it. She loved the relaxation room before hand with the headphones and blankets and magazines then, the beautician Deirdre was so friendly and helpful and did an amazing job with her skin. It was so relaxing and she knew exactly how to treat her dry skin and gave her lots of helpful advise on maintaining good skin. the facial was so relaxing and her skin felt and looked amazing after it, she really enjoyed her first facial, it was a lovely treat and she absolutely loved the Elemis products used. While she was getting the facial done we had a relaxing time in the lounge playing board games and drinking coffee.

It was a very relaxing weekend, with the beautiful beach, scenery and hotel. The quality of food, standard of rooms and friendliness and helpfulness of staff was amazing and made it a birthday to remember for my husband and daughter.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough.. to begin, the setting is stunning, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the décor is divine, the craft wood tables and reception desk were just amazing. the hotel is so spacious and never seems crowded, it has an enormous reception area which had a fire lit and comfy sofas and welcome drink on arrival.. the staff are just incredible, so friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for you, real Irish hospitality at its best. The public rooms were so cosy and luxurious, the gulf stream restaurant a jewel itself.. the Spa and pools were incredible and I love the relaxation loungers with cosy blankets, headphones and lovely views over the sea.. and the sliced watermelon and fruit to nibble on after a luxurious treatment.. The bedrooms again were just stunning, large accommodation, with plenty of space for everything and the views from the balcony were breath-taking..we left the balcony door open just to hear the waves gently rushing in and out.. we enjoyed long walks on the beach which was as nature left it.. a perfect sanctuary for a few days R&R.

Room Tip: 317 was fab, but I think they all have fabulous views and are of the same standard.

I’ve literally just left Inchydoney and I can’t stress how amazing it is. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s such a relaxing place and exactly what we needed. The food last night in dunes bar was delicious and staff were so friendly. The reception have brilliant staff and very welcoming. I went to the spa and the girls were lovely, treatment was done by a girl I think called Leanna and she was so nice and my treatment was amazing. If you ever wanted to get away for a relaxing break this is definitely the place to go.
Also the pool area is gorgeous, I will definitely be back.

Arrived at this hotel and having checked in, we had a bracing walk on the fabulous beach before enjoying a bowl of tasty chowder. We made good use of the sea water pool, had a lovely meal and had a great night listening to John Spillane who was playing in the bar that night. The following morning we had a wonderful and varied breakfast and again had a long beach walk. A super overnight break. Would highly recommend this hotel. Friendly helpful staff, great food etc. it has everything

Just returned from a fabulous weekend at Inchydoney resort with my partner. Couldn't find a fault with anything in this hotel the amenities, location, staff and food were excellent. The lovely touches of fresh bottled water and then chocolates left on the bed each night were a bonus. The views from the hotel are amazing I would highly recommend staying here can't wait to go back.

Room Tip: Any rooms from second floor up have the best views
