I'm a local and frequently visit this cafe. Although service is not always up to par (sometimes orders get mixed up and takes too long) it is a very cosy cafe and the workers are friendly. If you are after a coffee have it there, takeaway lacks quality. There are some decent small meals as well.

This little place up the end of the arcade in the village is still very good. The coffee is excellent and the food is always interesting and great flavours. We had afternoon tea there this week and even though it was pretty busy the service was great. They have maintained a high standard since they started there a few years ago.

On a wet weekday when many shops were still closed after the Christmas break, our group of four was looking for a sheltered but casual eatery in the Beecroft shopping centre. We settled for this small café near the car park and were pleased with our choice. Two of us prefer vegetarian dishes and we had a fair choice; I had the cafe's one salad (haloumi, pumpkin, spinach leaves), my companion had a fancy sandwich. The other two in the group had a burger and eggs benedict. The tables are small and so are the plates: no room for side plates and therefore a bit of a risk of a stacked burger toppling onto the tiled floor. Coffees followed and they were fine. I didn't see any evidence of the 'specialty brew' aspect listed on the business card; nor would I call the food 'gourmet'. But everything was edible and it was served promptly; the staff do well considering the cramped space they have for food prep.
There is a baby chair. And as the café has no walls on two sides you could manage to access it with a stroller, walker, wheelchair or trolley. One couple had a leashed puppy with them.

I still like going to this little coffee shop at the far corner of the arcade in Beecroft. The two guys that run the place are always nice and helpful. The coffee is still excellent. The beans are a pretty dark roast and the Cappuccinos are nice and strong but not bitter! We had the walnut and raisin toast last time we were there and it was excellent. Way above a normal raisin toast. They are doing a good job there and we will be back often. Still excellent value-for-money as well.

We had a really nice Cappuccino and banana bread there on the weekend. Was really nice.
Small cafe but great service and really nicely made coffee. Excellent value as well.
