As seasoned campers we've never really been interested in glamping but when we saw the pictures of this place we knew we needed to give glamping a go. We wanted to go further afield but with a 6yr old and an 13 month old we didn't want to be packing all the camping gear in the car for a long journey down to Devon. The safari tent met expectations, plenty of room with lots of homely touches. The bed was perfect and the sofa bed was great for the kids too. Everything you needed to cook and wash up was on hand and Paul and Tina left tea and coffee so we could enjoy a cuppa after a long journey. Paul and Tina were the perfect hosts, they obviously care about their customers and that shines through. Tina also cooks a mean full English and was more than happy to entertain the baby so we could enjoy it. A good location meant we were a short drive away from different attractions so there is always lots to do or you can just enjoy the peace and quiet and stay in the meadow as there is plenty of room to play. We can't recommend enough and are already planning a return visit next year.
Just stayed for a week and we had one of the tents and my parents had the other one. The accommodation and facilities are beautiful and perfect. The beds are super comfy, the bathroom is so spacious and has everything you need, spacious kitchen area again equipped with all the bits and bobs you need, the meadow is lovely and large with plenty of sun throughout the day and also some shady spots, the location is great and easy to get too, Tina and Paul are so friendly, welcoming and lovely and the cafe/tea shop onsite is perfect for breakfast, lunches and also all the lovely cake and scones!!! Lovely fresh eggs on site too from the chickens!! Our daughter loved it and so did the dogs! It was so nice to be able to let them run around, there is definitely loads of space for them! Exmouth beach (about half an hour way) was fantastic and although there is lots to do in the area we had tons of fun staying on site and making the most of the peace and quiet. A perfect, relaxing holiday and we will definitely be back and would recommend to everyone, especially families with any age children and dogs.
My husband and I stayed here with our 2 year old daughter and made some great memories. We shared some quality family time together. We explored to Tiverton town just 15 minutes away and found the most wonderful tearoom called 'The Oak Room'.
We also popped down the road to Knightshayes National Trust which was a lovely day out (again with 2 year old in tow which she also loved).
Huge thank you to Paul and Tina for making us feel immediately relaxed. x

I had such an amazing time, the safari tents where outstanding had an amazing feel, great for family's and events with plenty of space. Easy location to get to and plenty of things to do near by as well, although you wouldn't want to go out :)
