Disneyland Paris is a contained largely trapped environment where you have no easy access to get cheap food. The McDonalds here isn't particularly cheap, but relative to Disneyland restaurants it is.
It is good that they have those kiosk machines for placing your order manually in English so that there are no communication issues. This place is very popular - we bought a McDonalds and took it back to our hotel, but it was luke warm at the end of the 10 minute walk, but it was too busy to eat in the restaurant and outside it was close to zero.
Overall, McDonalds isn't cheap, but is cheap relative to everything else here and that's what really counts.
