I have to say the venue looks fantastic and the staff are very friendly which is a good thing. Food I would say is average but the cocktails are fantastic.
Fun for the family it is or a boozy night out!

Visited the new TGI in Bracknell. The place itself is nicely done out and the staff friendly and smiley. It is expensive when compared to other similar places, £65 for 2 people without alcohol. The food was good with the exception of the broccoli that was stone cold and the delicious chocolate fudge cake was served with the equivalent of the cheapest vanilla ice-cream. We may try it again in 6 months.

A couple of years ago we went the the TGI’s in Reading. It was awful.

When we visited The Lexicon in Bracknell we saw the TGIs before it opened. So we thought it’s new let’s give it a try.

22 days after opening we visited. Unfortunately once again, disappointing. Drinks and starters took forever, the mains were extremely disappointing. Not only did they take forever but you could tell they sat under the lamps at the pass for a very long time. Steak was ordered medium rare- served well done, cold and looked grey. Ribs were suppose to come with corn on cob, served with onion ring that was dry and discoloured. When asked where was the corn, server replied it was on the plate. Funny as he wasn’t the one who actually brought us our food- how would he know!

Manager was polite and took steak off the bill but didn’t make up for lack of attention or pride in service and food. No compensation for lack of corn and dried up onion ring! Won’t be back to any TGIs. It’s obviously a company Culture that needs fixing at the top of the Organization

Called in for a mid afternoon snack and drink with no reservation.
It was fine as the restaurant was very quiet which made the fact that we were sat practically on top of another couple hard to take. I understand that it's easier to seat people together for servers but come on we were literally looking at each other over a partition. It was awkward.
That aside our server was good and the food and drinks were nice.
Paper straws were unusable so need a rethink, I'm all for saving the planet but come on those straws are ridiculous.
So not great but goid enough that I'll go back and try again.
