It’s my wife’s and mine little stop over before we collect our boys from Chelsea training ground.

Lovely place, great staff , friendly staff, at time it can get a little busy parking wise. Plenty of different seating options in and outside. Good drinks and food menu.
Bottom line; recommend you going there. Easy, simple but right.

Had food this week and booked table over the phone. Robin was very friendly. Table ready when we arrived. Warm welcome. Great speedy service. Ordered fish and chips and had lovely fresh cod with not a lot of greasy batter. Fab.
Lovely new lager beer and a glass of rose. £40. Great value.

Food is good and my husband loves their ales.
Make sure you book if you plan on eating as it is very popular

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have enjoyed a Wine Evening at TOP & it was yet again excellent. The wines & food were Argentinian themed, the wines being from the Patagonia region. As always the portions are extremely generous, with welcome cocktail & canapes followed by three course (which need to be prebooked). The four of us sampled the whole menu & without exception the food was delicious, the cannon of lamb main particularly so.
Between course a rep from the winery spoke briefly about the wines being served...just enough information to keep us interested, not too long to cut into the lovely dining.
There was the opportunity to order any wines we'd enjoyed but this was not expected , nor a hard sell
The only downside to the evening is that The Old Plough does not run these events more often!

Saturday mid afternoon, on our way back to our hotel, we noticed this pub and decided to have an early dinner there. Am I glad we did!
The staff were very accommodating and quickly took our order. Even though they were quite full at the time, our food turned up within 10 minutes. It was delicious and there was lots of it. I had the beef pie and chips which was delicious. Reasonably priced, served with a simile and left us feeling satisfied. What more can you ask. We will definitely be returning to this pub when we next visit Cobham and the surrounding area. We couldn't use the outside area as the weather wasn't great, but that looks like it will be amazing once the better weather arrives. Looking forward to that!

We went here on Saturday evening for my parents in law's Golden Wedding Anniversary meal. There were 8 of us including 2 older children. The food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. Between us we had the roast chicken, sausages & mash, roast lamb and fish. Also, the sticky toffee pudding was the best I've ever tasted. Service was excellent. The restaurant was very busy so probably best to book in advance.
