3 times to taste and the meal started but I were full at the 2nd taste :)
Restaurant opens every Sunday and normally fully booked. In Summer, depending on customers’ demand, they might open in the other days.
The lamb is prepared in 4-5days in advance, and cooked in the stove in 6 hours.
The food is served with wine or draft beer (no alcohol) or water + dessert (tea + traditional sweet soup + piece of cake)
