Warm welcome and everything explained. Cottage has everything you could want and was spotlessly clean and finished to a high standard. The bed was comfortable , and even though there was just the two of us for a family there would be loads of space . The only downside was the garden at the back wasn't enclosed as we had hoped and our "Houdini" dog had to be kept on his lead but we did find a nice long quiet path we could walk along with him. There was however a small enclosed front area. Upstairs in the house there is an ideal play area for children. Definately a house to return to.

This was our fourth consecutive Easter break in this area and this gite is quite possibly the best yet. Surprisingly spacious (plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children), light and airy. The downstairs is open plan from kitchen and into the lounge/diner which made the house very social. The place was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The house was also full of character and comfortable. The children absolutely loved the upstairs area with their own lounge/playroom and bedroom. The rental was excellent value for money but firewood was €15. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, offering everything that we needed and more. There are a small front garden and a slightly larger one to the rear which means you can find somewhere to enjoy a drink in the sun at any time of day.
The area itself is one we know well and Lefaux is ideally located for Etaples, Le Touquet, Montreuil and the rest of the Opal Coast. The owners were there to welcome us and wave us off, and help us with any queries but never intrusive. Overall, an excellent stay.

The Gite was lovely very comfortable with a lovely log fire and every convenience.
Near to the coast and the fun at Le Touquet would recommend very highly
