As a Sydneysider I was missing ma hummus and ma guacamole and was so excited to see these historical reference items on the menu. The hummus was prepared with peanut oil. Not seen this before and loved it. The guacamole was served in a martini glass with three varieties of corn chips (which our Mexican expert said were authentico ) Luckily we got there bang 8 o'clock as a crowd had formed and there are not many seats. The service was spot on and the dishes came out hard and fast. I love Spain and one of the many reasons is the shared tapas style eating, the small cold beers, the cheap and delicious bottled water, the can't get it wrong red wine, the people, the pork and the cheese. All brilliant at this restaurant. Cost for 5 greedy diners with beers and wine and dessert was 70 Euros. Highly highly recommend especially if you want a hummus hit.
