A beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Everything about our three night stay was perfect. Excellent buffet breakfast, delicious food at Grand Cafe bistro, comfortable beds, great storage in rooms. The hotel has recently been renovated and the rooms are up to a high end standard. We had great service from the entire staff. Gerbrich of the front desk staff was particularly helpful. She went above and beyond in getting us into the best room for our needs when we requested an upgrade. Always friendly with a beautiful smaller and she was so helpful in explaining the area and suggesting what we might do during our visit.

The staff at this hotel are the most polite and friendly staff I've ever met at a hotel. Makes a whole big difference to the overall stay experience. Restaurant is amazing, location is beautiful in the middle of really nice walking routes, rooms are spotless clean. There is nothing I can fault this hotel on .... a pure gem !

Only disappointment breakfast very confusing layout. Juice from card board container. Saw sausage pan with same sausages two days in row

First meal of the day should like appetizing and inviting this one certainly did not. Mij rating a 4 for trying
