We have eaten regularly at Salmora since it opened in 2015 and have never been disappointed. However last night we were advised by the manager that there was a new menu and new head chief. Eating at Salmora is a very social experience, with all dishes designed for sharing. Hoping for the best, we ordered the managers recommendations, beef tacos and the Salmora meat cut. The flavours were amazing and the service was as impeccable as always. Salmora continues to go from strength to strength in a very competitive arena. They continue to produce exceptional food in a contemporary way. Don't visit Vilamoura without visiting Salmora Live Kitchen & Bar!
