This hotel is very convenient. Beds are usual Asian hard type. Room was tired but clean. Pool was cloudy but the villas around the pool setting could have been so much more. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast buffet poor. Food was left to stew in warmers but there were no guests to eat the amount that was prepared. ..stick to toast.

A 24 hour stay en route to Koh Yao Noi. Airport pickup waiting for us. Rooms made available for early check in even though it was only 8:00 am. Helpful staff provided various forms of information and assistance. Organised motorbike hire for us at a very good price and provided free transport to get there. Free pickup after returning motorbikes too. Pool clean and refreshing. Beds hard but comfortable. Meals good. Due to its location it's not the place you would want to stay for a holiday. But being so close to the airport it's a great, convenient place if you need a stopover en route to where you are really going.

Really convenient location (close to airport).
Staff was very friendly and the hotel conditions were good, clean and quite.
It was low season and the hotel had not so many guests, what made our experience more relaxing and quite.

Room Tip: Room by the pool is very convenient/central

We overnighted here as we had an evening flight into Phuket. The location was great for us, however would not for a longer period. We had a bungalow by the pool, which was ideally located. The room was spacious but needs a fair amount of work and a good scrub. The pool is nice and the food at the restaurant reasonably good. The reception staff need to be trained.

We got off our long flight and stayed at this establishment again. There was no transport to pick us up from our flight (as promised) we got someone to ring and they finally came to pick us up. The girls on reception speak very little English and are not well trained in etiquette. We have stayed here before but had a bungalow by the pool. There were a lot of people coming and going then but this time it was very quiet. They have built a new "high rise" behind the pool area and our room was located on the 5th floor. It was a very modern room overlooking the carpark up to the mountain. However, we had no towels and it was very difficult trying to convey what we needed. Our friends on another floor also had no toilet paper, imagine their dilemma trying to make them understand!! We thought it was quiet until 2 bus loads of Chinese tourists descended! They enjoy banging doors throughout the night. We found our room adequate and ventured to breakfast at 8am the next morning after the Chinese had left. The state of the breakfast room was disgusting, food everywhere, we felt sorry for the staff but they cleaned it quickly. Breakfast was adequate, they made fresh scrambled eggs or omelet with toast and some fruit. Overall, it is handy to stay here but I think we will try somewhere else on our next visit. Staff certainly need more training!!
