This is a unique hotel as I haven't seen dirtier one. Aeroflot has put us here for a day because of flight delay, we wouldn't sleep here even if the delay would last longer, we would go elsewhere and pay for it ourselves. Hotel stinks really badly and is totally empty, it is a ghost tower of Phuket. How come this place has any positive reviews and managed to keep the stars ?

PLEASE!
Don't stay here, move on to another hotel.

We recently checked in to this hotel (never actually stayed here) before our flight back home. Check in was great with no issues, heading to our room we noticed the outdated decor, poorly kept hallways then shown to the room (10th floor)Holy crap! We looked around to notice a filthy bathroom which hadn't been cleaned for a good while. Long dark hairs scattered around the floors, because of the poor state of the room we checked the bed (bed bugs, just in case) but found dirty filthy mattresses, stained mattress protectors and general poorly kept sheets with rips and stains. In all honesty I believe this hadn't been cleaned for a long while.
We phoned the manager who "upgraded" us to another room (16th floor). Upgrade it wasn't, a little cleaner however the air con unit leaked severely, Windows filthy and the bed yet again, disgusting. They offered a 3rd room on the 17th floor this time however we declined.
I went to reception to ask for a refund which was given immediately. We checked out and got away from that place asap. We were there for 40 mins total.

Honestly I'm pretty fair in all my reviews that I have done and credit when it's due but this place is the pits. We both felt sorry for the staff who obviously know the issues this place has. They were happy to assist and try their best to help us stay. I see another reviewer said it used to be the best place in Phuket once upon a time, I'm picking with tourists heading to Patong instead these days this place has lost its way.
It needs a huge amount of money spent to upgrade the rooms and bring it into the type of room we look for.

I urge you to look elsewhere (Patong or near airport) and keep away from here. Like I said, my Labrador wouldn't be staying here - EVER!

We arrived at 2300. Standing outside the hotel, waiting for the porter but unfortunately no one came. I went up to call for one. The receptionist asked for my passport n for my mother who was still standing outside with the luggage. I told the receptionist to send someone to take luggage.

The night shift staff was useless. They don't speak English.

In room, as shown in the pictures, it was big enough but not well maintained. Old fashioned, dusty and most important moud in the bathtub. The room doesn't contain the necessary equipment as it should be in a 4 star hotel.

It was very disappointed.
