Spent the a week here in August and it was lovely. The house was better than we expected and the garden and views were amazing. Had one small problem which was sorted within the day with apologies. Couldn't ask for more.
We visited this cottage during the last week of July. It was a pleasant surprise and the photos don't do it justice!
My family and I are originally from the area and we were visiting family and friends, so this was an ideal location.
We found the cottage well equipped, extremely comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!!
We really enjoyed our stay, the cottage is in a lovely quiet village and has a view over the hills. Lots of walks in the country as well as being near the towns. The cottage is spotlessly clean and comfortable.
...and, to top it all, a good pub with great food within walking distance!
The staircase to the upper floor is quite steep, but don't let this put you off as the cottage is well kept, with good facilities and an absolutely stunning view from the windows. The french doors lead on to a fabulous garden so, if you are blessed with sunny weather, then it is a gorgeous place to set and enjoy a chilled drink.

The house is beautiful - finished really well - with loads to do in the local area. The pub down the road does good food, but you need to book ahead. I booked our table two weeks in advance and could only get a 6pm or 9pm booking! The views from each bedroom are spectacular - well worth a visit!
