We have returned from a 4 hour lovely Sydney harbour cruise with lunch. The cruise picks you up from the commissioners steps and if I had to fault anything it would be this that there was no signage either at the steps or on the actual boat when it arrived to indicate we had found the right boat! We met 4 Americans and 3 Swiss and we became nice and friendly. The crew was Fergus and the captain Shane. Fergus talked to us for the whole of the trip full of great information about the history of Sydney's harbour. He was friendly and had a good sense of humour as did Shane. We stopped at a great place for lunch - lovely BBQ with salmon and beef with prawns to start and a lovely cheese platter afterwards. The wine and beers flowed and we all got to know each other well. It was relaxed; the weather was glorious and the sights of the bridge and the opera house sublime. Highly recommended!
