Great spot - great read and a beautiful place to sit and eat a picnic, the drive up has historical events and the pictures on either side are worth a view - steep incline so if you’re able definitely walk up and back down to completely grasp the iconic moments in history. Overlooking the town of Alice Springs -

Completely Free to look at.

A great view of the Alice Springs township and surrounds. Good information as to the conflicts the Australian ADF has been involved in and to show respect to those who have, and currently do serve. Is located in an area that isn't quite respectful of the monument, but does give an outstanding view of Alice and the surrounds.

Was taken here on a beautiful warm evening at dusk and we were not alone. It is a great spot for a memorial with spectacular views of the McDonnell ranges. Well visited by the locals and lovely spot to sit, pay respect and enjoy the surrounds.

We were passing through Alice and thought this lookout was worth the quick drive up. Is actually a really nicely laid out commemorative site for our service men & women. Great views

Drive up the steep hill and there is a monument and plaques commemorating the wars Australia has been involved in. Great viewing platform over the entire town
