This apartment is modern, renovated & really lovely. The group who manage it though are terrible!!

Booked for 6 people, only beds supplied for 5. No foldaway bed supplied as booked & paid for. Made over 6 phone calls & finally got one on the 2nd day.

Bathroom doors have no handles, not good for privacy with teenagers & 6 guests!

Shower door doesn't close (main bathroom) resulting in very wet floor every time it's used.

Towels only supplied for 4 people. (booking for 6)

No DVD player remote. Universal remote isn't synced with player either (will turn on & start but unable to press play) so DVD player is useless.

Buggy doesn't hold charge, only good for a short time. Struggles & everyone overtook us.

A pair of underwear were found under the bedside table in the master bedroom.

Some of these things are minor, but worth noting. Didn't even bother to complain at the time, we had so much trouble getting the bed, the rest seemed insignificant.

As I said the property is lovely. I wouldn't stay here again, poorly managed & communication with number supplied. They couldn't care less!

We stayed here recently for a week. It has great views and is close to pools and beaches. Having a buggy is excellent for getting around the island. The apartment is a bit tired in particular the kitchen. The BBQ is electric and was partly melted and in very poor condition.
In comparison to other apartments we have stayed in on Hamilton this would probably be considered below average.

Hibiscus 104: Booked this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment since we wanted 2 seperate rooms. It is perfectly located across the road to catseye beach (which we visited everyday).

The apartment is very clean and i love the fact that its non smoking - the cleanest, and well maintained apartment I've ever stayed at - even the fans were spotless!

It has all the amenities you need. Dishwasher, microwave, (there is also an oven and stove but we didn't use these). The apartment also has basic amrnities such as complimentary dishwashing liquid, tablets, scrub, teatowels, and bathroom shower amenities too.

Also the complimentary valet service on arrival and departure by Immaculate was great.

The complex has a jacuzzi and pool. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't heated so it was a little too cold to use while we were there.

The complimentary buggy is wonderful, and extremely convenient! Just make sure the blue light is on when you plug it in - if its not on its not charging. We had no problems with the buggy charging, and never worried whether it would last, it was absolutely perfect.

This was my first trip to hamilton island, but thanks to this great apartment i will definitely return and hopefully stay here again.

Recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable, convenient, and clean place to stay.

Room Tip: We saw a kangaroo on the lawn twice, so keep an eye out!

We stayed in 201 for 4 nights and had a very relaxing stay. The apartment was well appointed and clean with everything that we could have wanted.
The apartments have their own swimming pool with spa to the right of us. There is also the swimming pool lagoon the same distance to the left and then the beach in front. So there are lots of water options.
The view from the balcony was superb and watching the sunrise every morning over the sea while in bed was wonderful. Watch out for those naughty cockatoos though as they will try and get inside the apartment if you leave the doors open!!!!!!
The golf buggy that comes with the apartment is a god send so you have complete independent travel. There is also a free island shuttle bus stop a short 70 meter walk and that was great do we didn't have to have a sober driver!!!!!
We had a slight maintenance hick up but that was dealt with with speed and amazing customer service. Cannot fault the service we received it was friendly.
We only cooked one meal in the 4 days and that was Sunday bacon and eggs but that was easy with all utensils we needed.
The new IGA supermarket is fantastic with amazing gourmet cheeses. Red hot tip is bring your own shopping bags if you can. They had run out of bags when we went but I had brought my own Aldi bags. The prices are really great and not hicked up.
We will absolutely be returning to Hibiscus 201.

Stayed in apartment 101 overlooking Catseye Beach. Spacious modern apartment with everything you would need. Large balcony accessed from both master bedroom & living room. Hamilton Island itself is fantastic with some much to do.
