A great dinner experience - ask and you will receive. Read the menu, order the standards and you will be satiated for sure. But get into a conversation with Alex and be open to relating to his challenges and passion of driving terriffic Japanese food in Hobart and I feel you'll be more than surprised. There is great divergence here. Sashimi is spot on but freshness is aligned to flavour ... and tangy. Beef is also delightful. But finish with Zanzai - few order because well they're done at this stage but patience delivers a rare treat.
And did I mention the discussions around sake list - komatsu is mandatory
All in all a fun and interesting and surprising evening... keep it up Alex you are on strike...
