May I just add the following to your review, this will be greatly appreciated.
All our rooms are double glazed though we do understand that individual noise sensitivity is subject to personal tolerance levels. Our Housekeeping department did check the aforementioned room which was occupied and we were unable to determine any undue noise, unless there is an intermittent issue with the AC unit, therefore, we will further monitor this room.
During this period we were fully booked, therefore, options of a room move proved to be a challenge, however, our team did find another room option, whereby the unit was not positioned on the balcony.
I do believe that you did decided not to take this alternative room option made available to you.
Thanks for letting us know, we will continue to monitor this matter in event that we are able to make an accurate determination.
