Absolutely perfect! Everything about this hotel is excellent! The room is spacious, clean...soooo clean, all the things you need and then some. Service was welcoming, professional and simply pleasant! Car parks perfect and safe. Quiet, sooo quite. I will definitely stay again as I can not fault this hotel.

We have stayed here twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times the units have been exceptionally clean. The units are very modern and tastefully decorated. The couch is comfortable and little balcony gives you some outdoor living. The sheets are very white and crispy. Our favorite motel in Hamilton and that's why we went back. Thanks.

We were happy with the room. It was close to downtown where all the restaurants are as well as the botanical gardens. The room was big and clean with plenty of parking. It was on a quiet Street which meant minimal disturbance.

We get a room on the ground floor, so we don't need to pull the luggage up the stairs. There is a small kitchen to prepare a quick breakfast.
You can park the car right in front of the room
Should provide blackout curtain, or else people can see through the window into the room at night.
There are many stores nearby but will need a car to get to.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a transit to Auckland . The reception staff was polite and nice . Quick check in , handed a small packet of milf for tea and coffee . Unfortunately the room were booked so we were given a room on the first floor . My parents were old but were able to climb up slowly . The room was a bed room unit but with a spacious lounge cum dining . Alongside was a kitchenette but no stove . Microwave was provided with neat small refrigerator . Utensils were provided with cutlery but no cooking utensil as there was no stove . Scissors and knife were present in the kitchenette drawer and neatly stacked .
Dining table at one corner with seating for 2 people and a bed with a TV on the other side . The bedroom unit also had a TV with free and other channels . The bedroom had a master king bed with a cupboard having an iron with a iron board . The room was clean with a heating element to warm the bed . Bathroom was clean with a shower cubicle , toilet seat on one side . plenty of towels and complimentary shampoo and bathing soap was good . An air conditioner provided in the lounge area was enough to keep the room cold during the day when it was hot outside . Pak N Sav is walking distance about 50 metres from the site where you can get absolutely anything to eat /drink. There is a KFC , cheese cake shop , petrol pump nearby 70 metres which provides a 24 hour store in case you need something in the middle of the night
The check out was quick as well , however a credit card was needed at check in for accidentals
A big thank you to the cleaning staff to keep our room tidy and clean

Room Tip: Ground floor if needs assistance with walking
