This is a small hotel, not a motel. A new build, this little place seems to cater to long stays. The reception is rarely open as the receptionist is also the chamber maid, and then goes home. Very odd!
There are no phones in the rooms, on the theory that everyone has his/her own anyway, but for us it was very inconvenient as we were avoiding cell charges. We resorted to email to make plans with our friends.
BUT the room was absolutely huge with a kitchen but no iron and barely any cookware or china and glassware. We are assuming that it's due to its newness.
There was a huge TV and air conditioning.
If you want to be near the university, it's ideal and busses abound and parking is available too.More
