I booked the 3 bedrooms townhouse for our family trip. It's an off site townhouse in a very quiet street. Such a great house with space, plenty of bedding for at least 8 people. Good kitchen size and all amenities you require for a short trip.

What I also like about this property is the double garage. So we can park our car safely in the evening and we simply enter the house through the garage. Easy and convenient.

I would highly recommend this property to families who want to spend a few days in Rotorua. Walking distance to shops, supermarket and cafes.

Thanks for taking the time to review us. We agree that the house is in a very area and central to everything that Rotorua has on offer.

We loved the comfort of our room and facilities including the recliner 2 seater, very comfy. The pool was a fantastic size and even though we are agile enough to get in and out of it we would suggest some people might have trouble. Our only gripe was you do hear the "water" noise of other units running their pools and also the hum of the jets running if unit next to you is using their pool. The times are limited to run the jets but not fill them. Still happy with 5 rating as the owners can't really control this

Thanks for the review and your comments are useful. It is a fact of life that some of us lose our mobility due to injury or age and can't walk up stairs or get into and out of baths. We always make sure that there is a normal shower in place for anyone we see that would require one. and no stairs here as we ground level only.
All the very best from Palm Court

We stayed here with our poodle.
Place was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable and it had everything we needed.
Great location for a short walk to town and just one minute away from racetrack (Which is off leash).
Will certainly be back.
Bonus was Spa Pool in room.
For our purpose it was 5 star.
Very friendly check in by Lady.
Will be back in September.

Yes we are close to the race course which is a freedom dog walking area. The Rotorua CBD is off limits for dogs. Glad that you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to your next visit.

We stayed for 2 nights and the unit was tidy, clean and comfortable. The spa pool was a delight but a bit too noisy. Service was excellent, overall a very pleasent experience. We were given good advice on the activities in the area too. Highly recommend.
