I am a local and my son likes KFC. Went on Good Friday, and expected the worse and I wasn't wrong! Thought I would do drive through as whenever I go in for lunch, there is always only one person on the till. Sat in the queue for about 15 minutes before I got to the box I talk into. Then sit at the box for 3 minute before someone acknowledged me. Made a simple order, snack lunch "upsize everything" with tomato sauce . Sat at the cashier for 10 minutes waiting. Finally got the food, opened it and small soggy chips. Should have been large. I complain that the chips are small and the girl says "there should be another one in the bag", I look again, not there. 9 out of 10 times they forget the tomato sauce but amazingly it was there, but of course they have to get something wrong. Why on earth is KFC always so short staffed at lunch time, and especially on a public holiday! Get it together management. Get more staff, train them properly!!
