A comfortable stay at a hotel that looked like it had been transported from Anaheim with its Spanish Architecture, exterior layout and themed sombreo spa. The pool area was large and looked like a pool area from a theme park. Suitable facilities for a family especially with young kids; indoor and outdoor pool, table tennis, pool table, playground and onsite restaurant.
Spacious two bedroom suite with each bedroom having ample room and both having ensuites even though the shower for the master bedroom was in the bedroom separated by an archway. A little weird for me and not shown in the online photos. We stayed in room 53. The queen bed was hard but the kids said the single beds were comfortable. Free wifi worked well.
A nice touch first thing in the morning was finding the complimentary windscreen wash.
Would consider staying here again. Got a good price online from third party and at the last minute.

Room Tip: 2bedroom suite spacious enough for a family of 4!

We were looking to stopover on our way home from Melbourne. Most of the motels in Albury were booked out with the Ulysses bike club. Our
3 1/2 star room was spacious and clean. We were surprised to find a note on our windscreen in the morning saying it had been washed. I felt that the colour scheme of the outside of the building could do with a coat of paint. It would be nice painted in multi colours.

Had a two night stay at this motel . Rooms were well appointed. Bathrooms were small but adequate. The amenities were amazing. If you were only looking for a room to stay overnight it was pricey $175 per night for 2 people, but if you ca make use of the pool and spa then it is worth the price. Wifi free but way to slow to bother with.

I suppose we went into this trip with high expectations.
Siesta isn't really a "resort", the only thing resort like is the outdoor pool (if you ignore the temperature).
It is pretty flash (especially for Albury), the spa in the cave is pretty cool, although VERY 80's.
The outdoor pool was VERY cold, i'd suggest around 15deg in the afternoon of a 31 degree day.
In its favour, the pool area is nice and it would be nice during a summer heat wave when the water has warmed up. This pool would be GREAT with some solar heating, there is PLENTY of roof space around the pool to have the pipes running across.
Indoor spa gave us rashes and was TOO hot (mid/high 40's). Perhaps they could plumb some heat from the indoor pools to the outdoor pool.
Grounds/housekeeping staff were very friendly, pity the same couldn't be said about the front desk staff.
BBQ area is good although the games room was quite lacking (just a pool & t/t table). Playground didn't have a safety fence so it was a bit dangerous (right beside the carpark).
Location is right on the northern end of Albury so not really close to anything.

Room Tip: Rooms are VERY basic. Rooms around the pool have a nice outlook.

Dear Chris R_OZ I was very dissapointed to see your review on Trip Advisor and I am sorry that we did not live up to your high expectations, however I would like to add some clarity to some of your comments.I note that you were impressed by our outdoor pool but other facilities seem to have been overlooked such as mini golf, steam room, giant chess, gymnasium, half tennis court, sauna, squash court and our indoor pool along with our two restaurants which I consider to make us more than just a motel.I have checked the water temps today,3rd April and the outdoor pool is sitting on 20.7degrees and the sombrero spa is sitting on 37.8 degrees,we shall continue to moniter these.I also feel the need to clarify the playground issue, there is a safety fence between the playground and the carpark, but there are no self locking gates and entry is gained via the games room area and we do not encourage children to be locked in the playground unsupervised.
We do hope that you choose to stay with us again when next in Albury
Thanking You
