My favourite dish of the night was definitely the entre - Caramelised scallops with crispy wanton and Thai dressing. Totally delish!
For mains, beef fillet with fried quail egg, roasted bone marrow and roasted croquettes - not sure about the bone marrow but the rest was excellent!
Finally, dessert consisted of house made liquorice parfait in a waffle cone with lime syrup and sesame seeds. Definitely a unique taste and was very pleasing.
My only complaint regarding service was that it was a little 'stunted' (timing needs improvement). I put this down to the inexperience of some staff. Absolutely no complaints about the friendliness and willingness to provide that service though. I am sure this will improve over time.
Overall, well done guys - lots of potential here! We'll be back for sure.
