We loved the overall presentation, cleanliness and size of the apartment. The location was so convenient and Central. We walked everywhere. Secure car parking available. The staff were efficient and friendly during the booking procedure, while staying and when checking in & out.

Apartments need a renovation and the showers need to work. The property is very tired and dated and is not of the standard I expect of a quest facility. There would be much better options in Wollongong which I will be exploring on my next visit.

We are disappointed to read that your stay was not as expected. We wished you had addressed some of your concerns whilst you were at the property as we may have been able to make your stay more comfortable with another room.
The property is currently in the process of appointing a contractor to start works on a refurbishment in approx. late 2021/22 and we do hope to welcome you back to Quest Wollongong in the near future.

Room was clean and fresh, staff are friendly and other than a faulty lamp, the amenities were good. Booking process was quick and easy and check out was expedient. Would recommend Quest Wollongong, especially if going to a show at the WEC

Lovely apartment, clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff. we will return. We were only there for one night for a boxing event but felt very welcome and definitely will return when we come to Wollongong next time.

Centrally located, only a short walk to the beach or restaurants and cafes of Crown Street. There is plenty of space in the two bedroom apartment with both ensuite and bathroom. Very friendly staff and having secure onsite parking is great.
