We get take-away fairly regularly from here and I'm never disappointed. The owner is always very friendly and the place is always packed which is a good sign.

Had lunch here today - again the food was satisfying and tasty for a great price. Service is pleasant and fast. Always a great stop for lunch when in Wollongong.

Having sample many menu items I can safely say that this is some of the best food in Wollongong. The service is fantastic and the staff are absolutely amazing and friendly - eager to ensure a great meal. Sometimes food is reviewed as being "Good for its price." Nam is simply amazing full stop, regardless of the fact that the prices are on the whole, great value. The atmosphere is nice, a real classic restaurant feel to it. I love so much about this place and it's true - the satay is hands down the best anywhere, there's a reason it's literally famous. Family, Friends, Coworkers - it's perfect for anyone in the mood for Vietnamese specific cuisine or general Asian food (spring rolls and satay etc). Trinh, the owner, is sure to be your friend within the first few moments of meeting him, ask any of his regulars, there's a reason he has so many going back 10-20 years or more!

Very cheap Vietnamese and efficient service! Venue is a bit run down so if you're after a nice restaurant to dine in, this isn't it but great for takeaway!

Have been coming here for 8 years and all meals & service is excellent. Must try either steam boat or Nams famous satay.
